Homemade focaccia bread with fresh sesame thyme zaatar incorporated into the dough and drizzled with pomegranate molasses on top, inspired by late night eats with my Syrian nana in Aleppo.
The Zaatar mix of Aleppo is distinct with his unique mix of spices and seeds, specifically with ground sumac. Sprinkled on top of labneh dip, mixed with olive oil and spread on thin Arabic bread and either rolled up to be eaten just like that or toasted.

HOW TO STORE
Made fresh and without preservatives, it is best enjoyed the same day. Otherwise, slice and then storing leftovers in the freezer.
When ready to eat either frozen or recently purchased, reheat at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes. Can last up to 1-2 months in the freezer.
