Refund policy
This is a general refund and return policy for Little Blue Market. Individual vendor policies override these policies and take precedence. You must reach out to the vendor to arrange for a refund or return.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
- Items returned in approved condition within the 14-day window
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Orders canceled before shipping
Refunds are not available for:
- Custom, made-to-order, or digital items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Shipping costs (unless due to seller error)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund doesn’t appear after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
