**Processing time and Shipping** Orders are typically processed within 4-7 days, plus shipping time. Will be shipped with tracking info, most items ship USPS. **Design Printing** Design is printed using quality sublimation printing. Our production partner prints and ships from the USA or Canada depending on your location **Care Instructions** Dishwasher and microwave safe. **Returns/Exchanges Policy** Returns or exchanges are available for 14 days from the date of arrival to the destination. The cost of return will be paid by the customer, unless there is an issue with the printing of the design or an issue with the quality of the item. The item must be returned in its new, unused condition. Refund or exchange will commence when items is received by seller. All listings have a size chart for that particular item, please refer to that chart for sizing. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know right away! We stand behind our work 100%.
