Suggested pairings – White, Cranberry Pear and most balsamic vinegars.

Description – Fresh and fruity with flavors of red apple, almond and artichoke.  This is a surprisingly complex oil.  It is moderately peppery with the aroma of fresh cut grass.

Available in 375ml & 250ml sizes.  250ml comes with a built-in pouring spout.
