Salt-Free Turkey Rub

Take your turkey or tofu to the next level! Beautifully potent sage, rosemary, and lavender leaves evoke the classic French poultry combination Herbes de Provence. Mix it with salt to taste and rub it onto the meat of your bird (under the skin!) before roasting, or mix with olive oil and slather your tofu slabs before baking. This not only seasons the protein, it makes the pan juices taste incredible for the most amazing gravy you've ever made! You can also use it in your stuffing.
