**Design Printing**
Design is printed directly onto the garment using sublimation printing. Colors stay vivid and bright. Printed with my design, by a production partner shipping from the USA

**Processing time and Shipping** Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, plus shipping time. Tracking will be provided when shipped. Different items can end up shipping separately.

**Care Instructions** Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Using water mixed with a gentle, clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

**Returns/Exchanges Policy** Returns or exchanges are available for 14 days from the date of arrival to the destination. On items without tracking, that time frame will be 3 weeks from mailing date. The cost of return will be paid by the customer, unless there is an issue with the printing of the design or an issue with the quality of the item. The item must be returned in its new, unused condition. Refund or exchange will commence when items are received by seller.
The exception to the return policy is for personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Thank you!!
