Pawpawp Jam

North America's largest native fruit, the Pawpaw (Asimina triloba) is the only cold-hardy species in the Custard Apple plant family.  Our Pawpaw Jam captures the brief autumn harvest of this remarkable woodland delicacy. Sourced from small family farms and agroforestry growers throughout the Midwest, pawpaw offers lush notes of banana custard, mango, and vanilla with a velvety texture unlike any other preserve.

Because pawpaws ripen quickly and rarely reach commercial markets, most people never have the chance to taste them fresh. This small-batch jam preserves that fleeting season using simple ingredients, lower sugar, and no artificial colorings or unnecessary additives.
