Lavender Lift Tea

Tastes like a calm June evening when the fireflies come out.

If tension has your shoulders kissing your earlobes, you need this tea! Tulsi and lavender calm and soothe, while marshmallow sfotens the edges and wraps you up in its velvety leaves. Increases your chill factor without making you drowsy!

Instructions:

Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea in a mesh infuser per 8oz cup of tea.  Steep 3-5 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
