Classic — The one that started it all. A beautifully crafted caramel built on a tried-and-true base, perfected over years of small-batch making. Rich, buttery, and exactly what a caramel should be.

Salted — The classic base finished with just enough salt to cut through the richness and keep you reaching for another. Simple done right.

Ube — The classic base made with ube sweetened condensed milk in place of traditional, giving this caramel its signature purple hue and a gently sweet, earthy depth that's unlike anything else in the box.

Chai — Ku Cha Tea's chai blend — from a local Colorado tea house — steeped directly into the heavy cream before the caramel ever hits the pot. Every warm spice note comes through in every bite.

Coconut Stout — Inspired by Living the Dream Brewery's Coconut Stout (a personal favorite), and made with it. The beer's toasty, coconut-forward character folds into the caramel base in a way that's unexpected and completely right.

Espresso — Made with freshly ground Miss Cherry's Vietnam Honey-Processed Robusta, steeped into the cream for thirty minutes before the caramel comes together. Miss Cherry's is a fellow LBM vendor and one of the best cups you'll find — here, it becomes one of the best caramels.
