This quote is a lighthearted, fun way to remind yourself or your friends, family, and guests to take a deep breath and unclench your jaw. I sewed this floral wreath and text on white-on-white cotton, but it would be charming on other colored backgrounds. I think it would also be fun art on a tote bag, tee shirt, or denim jacket.
