Firecracker Banana Hand Rolled Truffles

I love dark chocolate and banana's. I also love combining sweet and spicy.
So these truffles are a playful combination of those loves.

Guittard fair trade dark chocolate ganache made with my own dehydrated Thai chili and Banana powders and a hit of homemade limoncello. The ganache is then rolled in organic cocoa powder, dipped in dark chocolate, and topped off with a dehydrated banana chip and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt.
