The orange peel and hibiscus are mostly for flavor. I can also customize this tea with different flavors (e.g., mint, warm spices, lemon balm) if you are buying it in bulk.

Instructions:

Use 1-2 tsp per cup of boiling water. Steep 5 minutes. Or put 2 Tbl in a French press to make a quart to enjoy throughout the day.

Ingredients: Plantain leaf, Raspberry leaf, Meadowsweet, Hibiscus flower, Orange peel - all organic or locally eco-farmed
