All apparel sizing is unisex unless noted. A size chart is generally included in the listing photos- please refer to it & measure before ordering to ensure the best fit, since unisex can fit a bit differently (generally, more boxier). There is also a fit guide in most photos. For an oversized look, size up 1–3 sizes. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you need help deciding on size, please message us before ordering. I want an item in a different color or type than it is currently listed in (ex. I want a design from a tshirt on this pouch instead OR I want a design on a blue shirt but don't see it listed as an option at checkout), is this possible? Absolutely! Please send us a message, and we are happy to make these adjustments at no extra charge! 📦 PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY How long will my order take to ship? All items are made to order and typically ship within 1-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 2-6 business days within the U.S. Times are estimations and NOT guarantees, as after your package is handed off, we cannot control the delivery process. I NEED my order by a "X" date, can you make this happen? Etsy says it will be here by "X" date, is this a guarantee? Most items typically ship within 1-5 business days (unless otherwise noted in the listing), and delivery usually takes another 3-6 business days within the U.S. While we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date (since carrier timelines are outside of our control), we will do everything in our power to get the item to you as quickly as possible and will reach out to you with any urgent status updates. Shipping times vary (usually 10-30 business days), and international customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or duty fees upon delivery. 📬 TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES Where can I track my order? Once shipped, tracking info will appear in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? If for some reason your item is damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will not be processed until the item is received. What is your policy on customized items? Custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check spelling and sizing before ordering! A proof will be sent prior to printing with a 24 hour window to make any corrections. After printing is started, no changes can be made. Can I cancel my order? You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
