Beginner Hand Embroidery Pattern PDF. This "courage over comfort" inspirational quote I first heard from Peloton's Olivia Amato is a good one. Goals and workout plans AND LIFE and stupid adulting are different for everyone, and I hope it encourages you to be your most dedicated, strong, activist, resisting, focused, energized, athletic, sassy, authentic, optimistic, confident, ambitious, thoughtful, cheeky, true, funny, kind, inclusive, open hearted, proud self :) Although Olivia Amato uses this for cycling, running, strength training, and fitness, it can apply to lots of other parts of your life, your career, your mental or physical health, your community, your relationships. You can do hard things.

This pattern is beginner friendly and fun to sew. I provide suggested DMC thread colors plus stitch suggestions, but I encourage you to be creative and choose your own! I used a white cotton fabric, shining metallic gold thread, and dusky and light purple embroidery floss for the quote. Perfect for anyone who needs some Peloton wall art, a pick-me-up, or inspiration! The mini 4-inch size is perfect for Christmas ornaments or little reminders.
