We love it at a medium-dark roast as its complexity really shines, with richness like caramel and a soft but strong sweetness like passion fruit. We love this coffee brewed stronger, matching perfectly with our favorite creamer and a splash of simple syrup. It shines especially well in a moka pot or espresso.
