Can it be exchanged or returned?
There are no exchanges or returns on subscription candles unless the candle itself is defective. 

Can you give it as a gift?
YES! You can choose the pre-paid annual program and have it sent to a friend. Add a gift message at checkout for them to receive with their first box!

When will the boxes ship?
Boxes will ship out in the beginning of each month by the 5th of that month. The cut off to order that month's box is the 5th!
