Out here on our solar-powered farm in Milo, Iowa, we make our stick deodorant the way we make everything else at Prairie & Flame — slowly, by hand, and with ingredients we can stand behind. No aluminum, no baking soda irritation, just a smooth, effective formula built on candelilla wax, mango and kokum butters, magnesium hydroxide, zinc ricinoleate, hemisqualane, and coco-caprylate. Every batch glides on clean, with none of the grittiness you sometimes get from natural deodorants — we solved that early on by pre-dispersing our powders in a carrier oil slurry before they ever meet the melt phase.

The formula stays the same across the line. What changes is the scent — and each one is meant to feel like a different corner of the farm.
