Toning is an important step in a healthy skincare regimen, but tends to be the most often overlooked. After cleansing and exfoliation, it is the toner which prepares the skin to receive the final step, moisturization. How to Use: After cleansing and exfoliating, apply toner over the face and neck using an organic cotton ball or cotton pad, swiping in upward and inward patterns. Also is a great mid-day skin refresher for sun-parched or dry skin.
