I love this quote. It's an excellent reminder for yourself or perfect for similarly kind / thoughtful / feminist / subversive / woke / progressive / empathetic / resisting / hopeful / smart / protesting / anti fascist / no kings people in your life! Hope and change, y'all, hope and change.

I chose dark blue threads for the quote and and framed it with a floral wreath of pink cherry blossom flowers and stems with buds. I chose cherry blossoms because they are a traditional symbol of hope, renewal, rebirth, and, of course, the arrival of spring with all her optimism and opportunities. Also, they're just pretty. We can choose the hope and the beauty.

This hand embroidery PDF pattern is satisfying and meditative to sew. I provide suggested DMC thread colors plus stitch suggestions, but I encourage you to be creative and choose your own!
