Before You Connect Your Store
To list products on Little Blue Market and start selling, you must have an active vendor subscription plan. If you haven't already selected a plan, please do that first before connecting your store or adding any products.
Once your plan is active, come back here and follow the steps below to connect your store and get your products live.
Etsy Sellers — Integration Guide
If you currently sell on Etsy, you can get your products listed on Little Blue Market without having to re-enter everything from scratch. Because Etsy does not offer a direct API connection for third-party marketplaces, the process is slightly different from Shopify or WooCommerce, but it's straightforward and we're here to help every step of the way.
Step 1 — Export Your Etsy Listings as a CSV
Etsy allows you to download your product listings as a spreadsheet so you can upload them elsewhere.
- Log into your Etsy account
- Go to Shop Manager → Listings
- Click Download Data (or look for an Export option)
- Select CSV format and download the file
- Save it somewhere easy to find as you'll need it shortly
Step 2 — Review and Clean Up Your CSV
Before uploading, take a quick look at your file and confirm:
- Product titles and descriptions are accurate and complete
- Prices are correct
- Images are linked or available to re-upload
- Any listings you don't want on Little Blue Market are removed from the file
Step 3 — Log Into Your Little Blue Market Vendor Dashboard
Log into the dashboard using the login credentials provided to you by Little Blue Market when you were approved as a vendor.
Step 4 — Add Your Products
Since Etsy doesn't connect directly, you have two options for getting your products live:
Option A: Manual Product Entry (Best for Small Catalogs)
Go to Manage Products → Add Product in your vendor dashboard and add your products one at a time using your Etsy listings as a reference. Copy your titles, descriptions, prices, and upload your product photos directly.
Option B: CSV Import (Best for Larger Catalogs)
If you have a large number of products, reach out to us at market@littlebluecart.com with your exported Etsy CSV and we can bulk import your listings from our backend dashboard.
Etsy Sellers FAQs
Why can't Etsy connect directly like Shopify or WooCommerce?
Etsy's API is designed for Etsy's own ecosystem and does not allow third-party marketplaces to sync products, inventory, or orders directly. This means there is no automatic connection available and your products need to be added to Little Blue Market manually or via CSV import. We know this is extra work and we're happy to help make it as painless as possible.
Will my inventory stay in sync between Etsy and Little Blue Market?
No. Since there is no direct integration, inventory is managed separately on each platform. We recommend updating your Little Blue Market listings manually whenever your stock changes significantly on Etsy or consider adjusting your quantities to account for selling on both platforms simultaneously.
Can I use the same product photos from my Etsy store?
Yes, your product photos are yours and you can use them on Little Blue Market. Download them from your Etsy listings and upload them when adding products to your vendor dashboard.
Do I need to close my Etsy shop to sell on Little Blue Market?
Absolutely not. Most of our vendors sell on multiple platforms simultaneously. Little Blue Market is an additional sales channel for your business and not a replacement for anywhere you currently sell.
I have a lot of products on Etsy. Is there an easier way to get them all listed?
Yes. Export your Etsy listings as a CSV (see Step 1 above) and send it to us at market@littlebluecart.com. We'll help you get your catalog imported in bulk so you're not entering everything one by one.
I need to edit a product. Where do I do that?
Go to Manage Products in your vendor dashboard, find the product you want to update, and click the edit icon. Any changes you make in your Little Blue Market dashboard are independent of your Etsy store. Updates on one platform do not carry over to the other.
WooCommerce Sellers — Integration Guide
If you already sell on WooCommerce, you can connect your store directly to Little Blue Market so your products, inventory, and orders stay in sync automatically with no manual re-entry needed.
Step 1 — Generate Your WooCommerce API Keys
Before connecting, you need to create API keys in your WooCommerce store. These allow Little Blue Market to communicate securely with your store.
- Log into your WordPress admin dashboard
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
- Click Add Key
- Give it a description (e.g. "Little Blue Market Sync")
- Set Permissions to Read/Write
- Click Generate API Key
- Copy and save both your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret immediately as you will only see them once Shipturtle
Store these somewhere safe because you'll need them in the next step.
Step 2 — Log Into Your Little Blue Market Vendor Dashboard
Use the login credentials provided to you by Little Blue Market when you were set up as a vendor to access your dashboard.
Step 3 — Connect Your WooCommerce Store
- Once logged in, go to the Vendor Inventory Sync tab in the left navigation
- Look for the WooCommerce icon and click Connect
- Enter your WooCommerce store domain — use your full store URL, for example https://yourstore.com
- Enter the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret you generated in Step 1
- Click Submit
Your store is now connected.
Step 4 — Check Your Webhooks Are Active
After a successful connection, make sure you do not disable the webhooks because these keep your store in sync with Little Blue Market. Check the webhook status in your dashboard to confirm it is active.
If webhooks are disabled, inventory and order updates will stop syncing between your WooCommerce store and Little Blue Market.
Step 5 — Add Your Products to Little Blue Market
Once connected, your products will appear in the Vendor Konnect tab. They are not automatically listed yet so you need to submit them.
To add products one at a time: click the + button next to any product.
To add multiple products at once: check the boxes on the left side of each product, then click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select "Add to Merchant Store."
Submitted products may show Pending status while our team reviews them. Once approved they go live on Little Blue Market automatically.
WooCommerce Integration FAQs
What products can I sync from my WooCommerce store?
There are a few requirements for products to sync correctly:
- The product must be a Simple or Variable product type
- The product must be Published (not draft or private) in your WooCommerce store
- Products can have no more than 3 options or attributes since Shopify only supports up to 3 variant options. If you have a product with more than 3, add them manually and we can help you with additional variant options and personalization.
- Products can have no more than 100 variants since Shopify only supports up to 100 variants per product
- The product must have a quantity and price
- Digital, downloadable, or virtual products are not supported for sync
Will my WooCommerce orders from Little Blue Market show up in my WooCommerce store?
Yes! Once connected, Shipturtle adjusts and syncs inventory whenever an order is placed or cancelled on either side. Any inventory update you make in your WooCommerce store also updates on Little Blue Market automatically. Orders from Little Blue Market will flow back to your WooCommerce store so you can fulfill them from your existing workflow
What happens when I update a product in my WooCommerce store?
Whenever you change a listing in your WooCommerce store (price, description, images, inventory) it gets updated on Little Blue Market automatically through the sync connection.
My inventory isn't syncing correctly. What should I check?
The most common cause is that the product doesn't have inventory tracking enabled in WooCommerce. Make sure "Manage stock" is checked on the product in your WooCommerce store. Also confirm your webhooks are still active in your vendor dashboard. If webhooks were accidentally disabled, sync will stop working until they are re-enabled.
If inventory still shows incorrectly after checking both of these, go to Vendor Konnect in your dashboard and use the resync button next to the affected product, then refresh your Manage Products page.

If you already sell on Wix, you can connect your store directly to Little Blue Market so your products, inventory, and orders stay in sync automatically.
Here's how to get set up.
Step 1 — Generate Your Wix API Key
Before connecting, you need to create an API key in your Wix account. This allows Little Blue Market to communicate securely with your store.
- Log into your Wix dashboard and go to Account Settings → API Keys
- Click Generate API Key
- Give it a name — for example "Little Blue Market Sync"
- In the Permissions section check the "All Permissions" box

- Wix will send a 6-digit verification code to your email — enter it when prompted and click Verify & Generate Key
- Copy your API key and save it somewhere safe — you will only see it once
Step 2 — Find Your Wix Site ID
You'll also need your Wix Site ID to complete the connection.
- Go to your Wix dashboard
- Look at the URL in your browser — it will contain your Site ID in the format: manage.wix.com/dashboard/XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Wix Integration FAQs
Do I need a paid Wix plan to connect my store?
Yes, you need a Wix Business or eCommerce plan that includes Wix Stores to generate API keys and sync products. The free Wix plan does not support API access. If you're on a basic Wix site plan without an online store, you'll need to upgrade your Wix plan first before connecting.
Will my inventory stay in sync after I connect?
Yes! Once connected, any inventory updates you make in your Wix store will sync to Little Blue Market automatically. When a product sells on Little Blue Market, your Wix inventory will update accordingly. If you notice inventory showing as 0 or out of sync, go to Vendor Konnect in your dashboard and use the resync button next to the affected product, then refresh your Manage Products page.
Will my Little Blue Market orders show up in my Wix store?
Orders placed on Little Blue Market sync back to your Wix store so you can manage fulfillment from your existing workflow. When you fulfill and add tracking in Wix, that information syncs back to Little Blue Market automatically.
I need to edit a product — where do I do that?
Edit your product details in the Manage Products section of your vendor dashboard — not in the Vendor Konnect tab. The Vendor Konnect tab is only for connecting your store and submitting products. For price and inventory updates, you can also update them directly in your Wix store and they will sync automatically.
My API key isn't working — what should I check?
The most common causes are:
- The key was not given All Permissions when it was created — go back to Wix Account Settings → API Keys, delete the existing key, and generate a new one with All Permissions checked
- The key was copied incorrectly — copy it again carefully making sure there are no extra spaces
- The Site ID was entered incorrectly — double check it against your Wix dashboard URL
