Processing Time and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.
Tracking will be provided when shipped when purchasing bulk postcards. Please note, orders with multiple items may ship separately.


Design Printing
All designs are printed onto 110# quality cardstock with high quality ink from the home office of Paisley Moon Creative. Note: the printing may be outsourced if bulk purchases over 50 pieces are made.

Returns/Exchanges Policy
Returns or exchanges are available for 14 days from the date of arrival to the destination. On items without tracking, that time frame will be 3 weeks from mailing date.

The cost of return will be paid by the customer, unless there is an issue with the printing of the design or an issue with the quality of the item. The item must be returned in its new, unused condition. Refund or exchange will commence when items are received by seller.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
