Each milk chocolate cup is layered with candied bourbon pecans for a spirited crunch, filled with silky pecan praline marzipan, and crowned with a single candied pecan. A love letter to NOLA, wrapped in chocolate.

Pistachio Marzipan Cup — This one started as something made for my dad, who has loved pistachios and marzipan his whole life. Handmade pistachio marzipan, nestled in a fair trade Guittard dark chocolate cup, finished with Maldon flaked sea salt. Salty, sweet, and exactly right. Turns out the world caught up — but I've been here.
