Each bar starts with a base of French style praline, topped with a thick layer of caramel. They are hand cut and hand dipped in Guittard fair trade chocolate. A beautiful combination of crunchy, chewy, salty, and sweet. These bars come in a variety of flavors.
Classic Caramel and Almond--slivered almond praline, classic caramel, dipped in either dark or milk chocolate. Available with or with out flaked Maldon sea salt
Pistachio/Orange--roasted pistachio praline, orange caramel, dipped in dark chocolate, and finished with Malodn flaked sea salt and candied orange peel
Sunflower/Chamomile--toasted sunflower seed praline, chamomile caramel, dipped in white chocolate, and finished with a crumbled of sunflower praline
