These cookies contain minimally processed sugars, gluten free flour that is built with brown rice flour, potato starch, cassava flour, white rice flour and tapioca starch.  We mix that up with European style butter, Guittard brand chocolate and other ingredients to create a tasty cookie that reminds you of mom.
