How do I submit my photo or design?
After purchase, email your image to hello@bossyscribes.com with your order number. We'll send a digital proof for your approval before building your planner.

What file format works best?
High-resolution JPG or PNG files work best. The higher the resolution, the sharper your cover will look. We'll let you know if your file needs adjustments.

What's the difference between Frost Plastic Overlay and Gloss Laminated?
Frost Plastic Overlay gives a soft, slightly translucent matte finish that's durable and professional. Gloss Laminated gives a shiny, high-contrast finish that makes colors pop. Both are built to last.

What's the difference between Disc, Spiral, and Coil binding?
Disc binding allows you to add, remove, and rearrange pages. Spiral and Coil are fixed — pages stay in order but the binding lays flat. Disc is great if you like to customize your planner as you go.

How long does production take?
Typically 7–14 business days after proof approval and payment. Contact us at hello@bossyscribes.com if you have a deadline.

Can I use a logo instead of a photo?
Absolutely — this planner works great with business logos, custom artwork, or any design you'd like on the cover.
