Pride and Prejudice Quote Hand Embroidery Pattern: Obstinate, headstrong girl / Elizabeth Bennet (PDF Download)

"Obstinate, headstrong girl!" This quote is perfect for the strong women and girls in your life! In icon Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, Lady Catherine de Bourgh means this as an insult to Elizabeth Bennet, but I think we all know what a compliment it actually is! This speaks to the Lizzie-like feminist / sassy / fierce / strong / smart / inspiring / persistent / ungovernable / proud women in and around us. Nasty women and childless cat ladies and non binary folks welcome.

This pattern is beginner friendly and fun to sew. I provide suggested DMC thread colors plus stitch suggestions, but I encourage you to be creative and choose your own!

This download includes
PDF PATTERN DESIGN:
- Black and white printable design for both a 5-inch hoop and a 6-inch hoop
- DMC colors I used
- Stitches I used
