Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS from Anchorage, Alaska. Please note that shipping times from Alaska can differ from those in the Lower 48. Services labeled as "overnight" or "express" may still take additional time once the package leaves Alaska.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. AK Elemental Soap is a small, one-person (with occasional help from the hubby) operation, and I balance soap making with my full time role as a high school chemistry teacher. While I work hard to ship orders promptly, this timeframe allows me to ensure each order is packed with care and attention.

Refund Policy

For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on any soaps once they have been shipped.

You may cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund minus the cost of the shipping label.
