Description
Citrus forward, nutty, and not too sweet, what’s not to like? This homemade granola was inspired by the strong and satisfying flavors of growing up in Syria.
I’ve also focused on making it a healthy and sugar free snack or breakfast item. Carob molasses is a common ingredient found in Syria for desserts. It’s nutty and warm with a slight sweet taste is a perfect complement to the oats and nuts in this granola.
INGREDIENTS
Tahini, oats, honey, carob molasses, coconut oil, pistachios, almonds, cardamom, cinnamon, salt, chia seed, ground flaxseed, orange blossom, and citrus oil.
HOW TO STORE
Stays fresh for four to eight weeks when properly sealed and stored in a pantry.
