All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking. Once the order is in USPS possession, MangoIllustrated is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or delays of the shipment and concerns will need to be addressed with USPS. Ground Advantage includes up to $100 in coverage.

Refund Policy

Once an order has shipped, shipping cost is non-refundable. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If the package is undeliverable and returned to sender, you have two options. The items can be refunded, shipping will not be refunded, or you can have the items reshipped after paying an additional shipping charge for the reshipment. Once the order is in USPS possession, MangoIllustrated is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or delays of the shipment and concerns will need to be addressed with USPS and a refund will not be issued for orders affected by USPS operations.
